We offer rotary engine rebuilds from stock to full race engines. Below are our prices for full rebuilds, customer-supplied engines, porting and studding.
These prices are for a base rebuild. They include bearings, new oil pump, all seals and springs and gaskets. They DO NOT include eccentric shafts, new rotor housings, rotors, or side plates. Engines are priced on a case-by-case basis; consider the below parts the bare minimum cost for a rebuild. Engines are painted gloss black and aluminum unless stated otherwise.

Porting
Street ports

The street port takes the basic port shape and enlarges it, depending on level desired. All ports are smoothed and taken to a 120-grit finish to promote boundary layer formation. Mild street ports have slight alterations to closing timing and offer slightly more power than stock. Medium street ports have much later closing timing with slight changes to opening timing. This offers more power than a mild street port and is a good combination with moderate boost. Large street ports have dramatic changes to opening and closing timing and overall runner diameter. Velocity will suffer at the expense of increased CFM. These ports work best with large turbos running good amounts of boost. They will have a lopey idle.
Mild street port - $200
Medium street port - $250
Large street port - $300
Half-bridge ports

Half-bridge ports add an "eyebrow" cut on the opening edge of the secondary port. This adds overlap to the engine as well as increased port duration. Makes the classic "brap brap brap" idle. In a boosted application, these ports absolutely require a large turbo with a high A/R for minimum backpressure and reversion. We offer two levels. The small half-bridgeport retains some low end manners, with minimal surging and a stable idle around 1300 rpms. Requires a MEDIUM T4 turbo. This option will offer considerable increases in mid-range and top-end power. The large half-bridge port is a race port. There will be noticable loss of low end power, surging below 2500 rpms at light throttle, and a stable idle at 1600 rpms or higher. Requires a LARGE T4 turbo. Large power increases in top-end power can be expected with this port.
Small half-bridge port - $550
Large half-bridge port - $600
Full-bridge ports
Same as half-bridge ports, but an additional eyebrow cut is made for the primary ports as well. Requires 1 piece apex seals. We only offer one level of this port, large. This is an extreme port, recommended for racing applications only. Idle will be 2500 rpms, no low-end manners, incredible top-end power. With this port, your engine will need to be built for sustained high rpms.
Large full-bridge port - $800
Peripheral ports
Peripheral ports place the intake port in the rotor housing. Side primary and secondary ports are filled with Devcon. Expect an idle of 2000 rpms and a loss of low-end power, but incredible top-end. The engine needs to be able to spin to 10K+ rpms to take advantage of this port so your engine needs to be built for sustained high rpms. Sold with new housing included, we will not modify existing housings for this port.

Studding

We offer the Rotary Xtreme oversided stud kit and service to install the studs. These studs will help a high horsepower rotary stay aligned during operation. They replace the stock tension bolts in the engine and the rotor housings and side housings are machined to bring the tension bolt holes to .505" and are matched. This brings the cold clearance for the studs to .005" and allows the studs to minimize engine flexing. The front side housing is drilled and tapped to accept the studs. Prevents side housing breakage under detonation and rotor housing movement under extreme boost levels.
Service includes brand new set of Rotary Xtreme oversized studs. Allow 4-6 weeks for completion.
